What is DNR Company?
DNR Shopping Pvt. Ltd. Duly registered with Registrar of companies under registered no. U52609 PN2016 PTC165228. the company established in the year 2016 with the objective of promoting & increasing the use of Indian Product amongst member of the public. Presently company is Indias fast growing Direct Selling Company.
The Indian Product available to the member of the public at MRP from any of the company BDS & to the User at a discount price much lower than the Maximum Retail Price / Market Price.
Ability & Conditions to be a User’s :

Any Indian citizen who is at least 18 years of age can become a User. He has a legal right to be User as per Indian Contract Act. |

Any prospective User should bear a good moral character and should not have any past or present criminal background or record. |
|
The application should be complete in all respects, any incomplete application shall be rejected. |
|
After registration applicant is entitled to get Product Package kit with 2000 C.V. On acceptance of his registration form. |
|
Though the registration with the company is not restricted to any indian based on religion, caste, region, sex etc. The company reserves its absolute right to reject the application of any person without assigning any reason thereto. |
Variation in User's Status :
|
Marriage : In case any two existing Users get married to each other, they are allowed to maintain their individual network of Users as they had before marriage. The merger of their individual groups is not allowed. |
|
Death : In case of death of any User the rights, responsibilities and income would be transferred to the nominee mentioned on application form of the deceased. |
|
Change : in the nomination : Any applicant desirous for change in the name of nominee should furnish an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper mentioning the name of the nominee/nominees |
|
One family is allowed for one user ID only. |
Income tax Returns :
|
All the Users are advised to file their income tax returns based on the commission Payment received from the company. Company will furnish the information, as per income tax law. The company will deduct TDS and issue certificates to the Users as required by law of the transactions taken place between the company and active User. |
No Responsibility for Delays due to Crisis :
|
The company shall not be responsible for any delays, failures in performance due to circumstances beyond either party's control, which includes without any limitations, strikes, riots, labour difficulties, war, fire, death, curtailment of party's usual source of supply or government orders. |
Code of Ethics for Users :
As a User of DNR Shopping Pvt. Ltd. Every User shall conduct his business as per the following guidelines laid down by the company.

For promotion of indian product every User shall work at his/her full commitment and sincerity and deliver the best results. |
|
All Users are required to strictly comply and adhere to all the rules & regulation formulated by the company. |
|
The company reserves the rights to make any policy amendments from time to time in order to ensure complete compliances to its policies & procedures. The Company will not allow any outside interference in this matter. |
|
Users who further sponsor new User shall have to put in their active efforts to train and motivate them as well as their down lines. |
|
Every upline User shall keep his/her downlines aware of the rules, regulations, circulars, policies and products of the company from time to time. |
|
Every User shall explain the DNR opportunity to any prospective Users in an honest manner. He shall refrain from encouraging any one to join it by any extrapolation or exaggeration. |
|
Every User shall explain the product details strictly in accordance to the details mentioned on the product literature, without making any misleading or unauthorized claims. |
Rules & Regulation :

User of the Company is expected to be sincere in intentions and ready to put in efforts towards group formation & promotion of the products marketed by the company. |
|
A User shall be entitled for commission on his/her group formation and group purchasing and other incentives as applicable in force. However the same shall be subject to completion of CV requirements and other conditions in this matter, that are in force and amended from time to time. |
|
The company does not guarantee any definite income to any User. All the earnings of the Users shall solely depend upon his/her group formation and group purchasing for the particular month. |
|
In case of any correspondence with the company, the Users should always quote his User Identification Number (User ID). |
|
A User shall be diligent and truthful in his interaction with other User of the company. |
|
All the legal matters and cases shall be subject to Pune Jurisdiction Only. |
|
The registration with DNR as a user is totally Free with the purchase of DNR Product Package of 2000 CV (Commission Value). Seperate fees not required for registration.) The registration is non transferable. |
|
The registration with the company does not create any employer / employee relationship, agency, partnership or joint venture between the User and the company. |
|
The User will not have any right / authority to incur any debt / liabilities / obligations for and on behalf of the company. |
|
The registration may be cancelled by the company on the grounds of deliberate damage to the name, products, assets etc. Of the company, by the User. The company is also entitled to forfeit the dues payable to these Users. |
|
A Users shall not sponsor any person who has been already sponsored by another person as a User of the company. |
|
A User cannot have more than one registration at a time. If the User has more than one registration, the decision of the company will be final & binding. |
|
A User is required to assist his/her down line User in any matters like group formation, products promotion etc. |
|
A User shall not make any claims, commitments to the general public about the products, company, or his own position in the company that are not supported by the company or are impracticable. |
|
The User shall not try to falsely exaggerate the Company's products or services to impress the general public and down line fellow Users. And the User shall not misguide anyone regarding company's products / services. |
|
A User shall truthfully provide full and correct information about himself and his family as required by the company. Whenever the company requires he shall give full and correct information without any objection. |
|
Any violation of the above rules shall constitute unfair business / unethical practices and the defaulter shall liable to such penalty or punishment as defined and decided by the company. |
|
In case of any dispute between User and the company, the decision taken by the company shall be treated as final and binding to all the Users. |
|
Whenever a User is suspended, his / her suspension shall be imposed for a certain period. During the suspension period the User shall not be allowed to participate in any group formation, other development activity and the programs of the company. |
|
Once the registration is cancelled the User is not allowed to use the logos or symbols, pins and badges as awarded by the company or indulge in any group formation or group development activity. |
|
Company employee or manufacturers or their representatives cannot become active Users of the company. |
Eligibility Criteria to avail commission :
|
Every User must complete his / her personal C.V. As required by the Company by purchasing goods. |
|
Company gives Registration C.V. to that sponsor, who gets a new registration done, thus the sponsor will get his / her commission. |
|
2000 C.V. Allotted for registration, will not be considered as monthly C.V. Required by the company. |
|
While building the network User must have minimum 20% of main leg's network side volume in his/her remaining group. Otherwise that User will not get commission on his/her rolled up group. |
How can you Sponsor New User :
On being confirmed as a User of the company if you wish you will be entitled to sponsor new Users and get Direct Selling commission benefits. You can prepare a list of your prospects, visit them and explain to them about the DNR concept and DNR business. You can take assistance of your sponsor / upline in case of difficulties. Alternatively you ask your prospect to attend the open plan conducted by your upline where the prospect will be explained about the DNR concept and DNR business and his queries will be satisfactorily answered. Ask your prospect to fill up User relationship form and then ask him to Purchase DNR Product Package of 2000 CV from any DNR Big Discount Shoppy (BDS). Get ID Card and online secret Registration PIN from BDS. Then do online registration on company’s website with the help of your Upline. Offer him all help and assistance to get him started in the business and ensure that he and his down line makes the required purchases and complete their required CV & other criteria prescribed by the Company.
Checklist for Users :
After Purchasing Goods From Distribution Center.
Check whether invoice number, Big Discount Shoppy name and address, date & signature appears on the sales invoice you receive.
Check whether the User price, C.V. is as per that mentioned in the company's current price list. Ensure that your own registration number & name appears on the sales invoice.
Buy Back Policy :
If you find any product faulty, damage or having quality problem or if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 15 days. After 15 days no claim will be entertained.
